- We are Illumination Research, a Division of Radius Global Market Research. In short, we are a full-service market research consultancy based out of Cincinnati. We seek to uncover business-building insights by integrating behavioral-based qualitative and quantitative approaches. Who You Are
- At Radius-Illumination, we are passionate qualitative researchers with curious and creative attitudes eager to discover the breakthrough insights clients seek. Our Insights Strategists go beyond talking to consumers, they achieve business objectives through customer-centric moderation and facilitation methodologies. As a Junior Insight Strategist, you will work collaboratively with senior staff to learn market research. You will have the opportunity to participate in various levels of consumer research and ideation for our clients. In addition, you’ll be an integral part of building internal capabilities.
What You're Responsible For
- Owns identifying human-driven insights that help our clients grow. This team leads moderation, analysis and reporting of various qualitative research techniques. In addition, they work closely with Project Directors and the Sales team to meet client expectations and partner with them to achieve strategic goals.
- Serve as a key resource to the team and work with senior researchers on gathering notes from studies, organizing consumer survey data, creating report templates, analyzing data to uncover key consumer insights, helping with report writing and assisting with on-site research execution.
- Provide support for internal capabilities.
- Join in monthly Insight Strategist meetings and quarterly trainings.
Skills & Competencies
- Enjoys working on a wide range of topics.
- Open to continuous learning and knowledge of progressive research methodologies.
- Fosters a collaborative environment, while maintaining personal accountability.
- Has strong analytical, integrative thinking.
- Communicates clearly and can translate complex ideas into simple words.
- Has 2-4 years of experience in marketing, insights, advertising or product research experience.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word & Excel).

- Location: Illumination Division offices in Mason, OH
- This position is a full-time, salaried position
