  • We are Illumination Research, a Division of Radius Global Market Research. In short, we are a full-service market research consultancy based out of Cincinnati. We seek to uncover business-building insights by integrating behavioral-based qualitative and quantitative approaches. Who You Are
  • As a Project Director you will be the heart of the day to day business. Project Directors understand what it takes to achieve client’s business objectives through best in class customer-centric moderation and facilitation methodologies. You will assist with and eventually be responsible for the overall execution of the fieldwork surrounding a research initiative. You will work directly with the client and internal team to develop the project schedule, define the research instrument (questionnaire, etc.), develop an analysis plan, and coordinate all communications. Internally, Project Directors manage company or vendor resources ensuring the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of deliverables. PDs are usually involved in multiple projects at a time.  

What You're Responsible For
  • Manage and supervise all phases of a research initiative e- from design through report delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedule and budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external resources
  • Oversee project fieldwork and review data quality
  • Ownership of the work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Contribute in the effort to acquire new clients
 
Skills & Competencies
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and work with others
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word & Excel).
